1. General Provisions

This Public Offer is an official proposal made by Sole Proprietor Serhii Horodetskyi, the owner of the Mystransfer.com platform (hereinafter referred to as the Administration or the Service), to enter into an agreement with any individual or legal entity (hereinafter referred to as the User or the Client) for the provision of informational and intermediary services in the field of passenger transportation and transfer organization.

Acceptance of this Offer (the Acceptance) is made by registering on the website or by using the Service — including the posting or booking of a transfer, or by making a payment through MonoPay or other integrated payment systems.

User (Client):
An individual or legal entity that uses the website’s functionality to post or book transportation services and accepts the terms of this Offer.

3. Subject of the Agreement

3.1. The Administration provides Users with access to the Mystransfer.com online platform, which enables:

• posting advertisements for VIP transfers and transportation services;
• searching for drivers, carriers, or clients;
• booking and paying for transfers online via MonoPay;
• communication between the parties to organize trips.

3.2. The Service itself is not a carrier and does not bear responsibility for the actual performance of transportation services. Such responsibility lies solely with the respective carrier whose information is specified in the listing.

4. Procedure for Concluding the Agreement

4.1. The Agreement is deemed concluded from the moment the User accepts this Offer (by registering, posting an advertisement, or making a booking).
4.2. Payment for services via MonoPay or any other integrated payment system confirms the User’s full acceptance of all terms and conditions herein.
4.3. All settlements between the parties are conducted in a non-cash form.

5. Rights and Obligations of the Parties

The Administration undertakes to:

• ensure the stable and uninterrupted operation of Mystransfer.com;
• maintain the confidentiality of Users’ personal data;
• provide technical support and functionality for posting or booking transfers.

The User (Carrier or Client) undertakes to:

• provide accurate and truthful information;
• comply with the Service’s Terms of Use;
• refrain from using the platform for fraudulent or unlawful purposes.

6. Payment for Services

6.1. Payment for posting advertisements or booking transfers is made through MonoPay or other integrated payment systems.
6.2. In the case of refunds or trip cancellations, the terms are to be agreed directly between the Carrier and the Client.
6.3. Any transaction or service fees charged by the payment system may be deducted in accordance with MonoPay’s terms of service.

7. Liability of the Parties

7.1. The Administration is not responsible for the quality, timing, or safety of transportation services, nor for the actions or omissions of Carriers.
7.2. All disputes between Users shall be resolved through negotiations, or, if necessary, in accordance with applicable Ukrainian law.
7.3. The Administration’s responsibility is limited solely to the operation of the technical platform and the facilitation of payment processing.

8. Confidentiality

8.1. All personal data provided by Users are stored and processed in accordance with the Law of Ukraine “On the Protection of Personal Data.”
8.2. The Administration may use Users’ contact information for service-related or marketing communications related to Mystransfer.com.

9. Final Provisions

9.1. This Offer is valid indefinitely from the moment it is published on the website.
9.2. The Administration reserves the right to amend this Offer without prior notice. The updated version takes effect upon publication on the website.
9.3. All legal relations arising from this Agreement are governed by the current legislation of Ukraine.
