4. Conclusion of Agreement
The agreement is considered concluded upon registration, booking, listing publication, or payment via integrated systems.
5. Rights and Obligations
The Provider shall ensure platform functionality, technical support, and data confidentiality.
Users must provide accurate information, comply with platform rules, and use the service in good faith.
6. Payment Terms
Payments are processed through MonoPay or other integrated payment systems. Refunds, cancellations, and service execution are handled directly between the client and the transport provider.
7. Liability
The platform is not responsible for transportation quality, timing, safety, or actions of third-party transport providers.
Disputes are resolved between the involved parties or under applicable Ukrainian law.
8. Confidentiality
Personal data is processed in accordance with applicable Ukrainian data protection legislation and used solely for service delivery and communication purposes.
9. Final Provisions
