Mystransfer.com acts solely as a marketplace / advertising platform, allowing transport providers to list their services and clients to find them and communicate directly.
2.1. The Service is not a transport provider and does not accept payments for services.
2.2. Clients pay the service directly to the transport provider, without any fees or commissions charged by the platform.
2.3. All matters regarding refunds are handled directly between the Client and the Transport Provider.
By using the platform, viewing listings, or contacting a transport provider, the Client confirms that they understand and agree to the terms of this Policy.
4.1. Refunds are possible only by agreement with the transport provider who provided the service.
4.2. Mystransfer.com is not responsible for the quality, timeliness, or cancellation of trips.
4.3. The Service merely facilitates contact between the Client and the Transport Provider to discuss refund conditions.
5.1. To request a refund, the Client must contact the transport provider directly, using the contact information provided in the listing.
5.2. If necessary, the Administration may act as a mediator in communication, but does not guarantee that a refund will be issued.
6.1. Mystransfer.com is responsible only for the operation of the platform, technical support, and providing access to transport provider contacts.
6.2. The platform does not assume financial or legal responsibility for the actions or inactions of transport providers.
